Initial had to go through the telephone triage system to arrive at the correct department- was easy enough to navigate this. When through this initial part of the telephone help line there was no waiting in a queue- straight through to an advisor. Spoke with Suzie. Very friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain the process. And did not hurry me along when I was required to read through the updated insurance policy. 10/10 to Suzie & Cover for you.
