I emailed CFU in regards to a medical question on some medication I started after I took out the policy ! I received an email back writhing 10 mins asking me to call and discuss ! Called them back and got the same person that answered my email , explained the change and the call handler was very professional and thorough in my update , handled all exceptionally well and gave me the advice and changes within minutes! Very well done and would definitely recommend CFU for anyone thinking of using them Spencer was outstanding !!
