Initial had to go through the telephone triage system to arrive at the correct department- was easy enough to navigate this. When through this initial part of the telephone help line there was no waiting in a queue- straight through to an advisor. Spoke with Suzie. Very friendly and helpful. Insurance of any type is always complicated and risky as confusion is part and parcel of the selling pitch to be able to hook the customer. With. Cover. For you there was a certain way to out things that did not feel too scary or dishonest. But the proof of the pudding is in the eating. We will only know when. Something goes wrong.

The insurance is expensive but rate is competitive.

Renewal due & had to contact Cover For You to change Annual cover from Worldeide to Europe. Phone was answered promptly & member of staff very efficiently revised & renewed my Policy.

This is the best experience I have had with travel insurance, or any insurance for that matter. I paid extra for a no excess policy so when my purse was lost/stolen on my trip I was able to claim for the lost cash. The process for claiming was clear and doable. My claim was processed very quickly and paid out. Also, I was really impressed with the welcome home text and email which asked me if I needed to make a claim and offering me a discount on my next policy. I will definitely be purchasing again from this company.
