I appreciate that I was transferred in the chat to a human being via the AI reply. Bradley understood my enquiry and his advice was very useful. My suggestion would be to have a button stating "update my payment options" for the automatic renewals. That would make it easier to keep the information updated without the need to pay straight away. Good service all in all
