Really good service, I wanted to cancel auto renewal on policy. Bradley simply explained I wouldn’t loose loyalty benefits if I re joined in the future rather than trying to pressurise me into renewing again. This ultimately makes it more likely I will come back to the car excess policy when I need it. Explained self service options of the app but processed the change of address requirement whilst on the call, which again made it more likely for me to download the app. All round good service. I also have had the travel policy for over 5 years now. I have claimed twice for small things, they paid out both times without trying to get out of it. Good policies and service.
