Easy to purchase Covers my holiday I have chosen a group insurance due to travelling with my daughters.

Absolutely no problem taking out the policy, very reasonable prices.

Very helpful and friendly in helping to renew our policy..as I'm visual impaired & unable to complete the policy on line..

Able to speak to an advisor easily with no long wait and able to get the answers I needed I called because there are ambiguities in the way the renewal acknowledged a reported medical condition on the online renewal . In the first section it stated no issues regarding the subject of circulation / cholesterol - but then listed the Cholesterol condition I registered from the previous year so it was unclear if it was considered

I purchased some travel insurance from them, having previously bought some from another company who, after needing to add another medical problem decided to up my premium ten fold, obviously I wasn't prepared to pay that much so looked around and found the insurance I have now bought. It was very straightforward to do and would recommend them to anyone.

Polite, listened, solved my problem. A pleasure to speak to. I just wish more call people were like him.

The agent on the phone was extremely helpful and clear. My main problem was with the website which meant I couldn’t complete my application online. There was a problem with disappearing health conditions once you completed the screening questions.
