i've used this company for about 6 holidays now as a result of feeling 'packaged' insurance wasn't giving me a level of service i needed. last year it felt like i was always booking cover for trips, so i wanted to know i was getting more than the basics like when you click 'add insurance' on a flight purchase. i really think these are the good guys and i'm getting a lot more bang for my buck with each purchase. probably a bonus that i get a discount for each new schedule i purchase through their discount offerings for repeat custom.
