Called for renewal advice and advice taking an extended trip. I was concerned about whether we would be covered for long trip and wanted to make sure renewal was all set up. The renewal date on the policy arising while travelling. Dexter advised very well. Handled the renewal and confirmed details of my cover. All very reassuring and handled in a friendly and professional way. Dexter also gave advice on longer trips should that be needed in the future and pointed out the teledoctor service for medial advice while travelling.
