Called the company and very surprised. A human answered the call within 3 minutes. There has not many such personal service over the phone now a day. Also the gentleman speaks very clearly. Secondly, he took the policy number and personal information, then very quickly, he understood my question and resolve it within 1 minute. Finally, the link he sent me to update my request is working perfectly, user friendly and straightforward. The policy price I believe it’s very reasonable. I didn’t even look anywhere else because they are just too good. Continuously using this company 5 years now.
The service i received was excellent. I had to call to add a medical condition to my annual travel policy and I spoke to a lovely lady called Susie. She was very helpful and it was all done very easily.
