I dont have much to say as I didn't need to use these services as in I did not need to call for a claim. The only thing I needed to do was get a quote on my travel insurance for my family of 3 which was simple and easy to use in a mount of minutes you will be asked questions then when you done you get to choose between 3 policy's and which one suits you best it also labels what some policy's cover and others dont.

Initially I booked for worldwide+cruise. Unfortunately, I have to cancel because already have a worldwide insurance. I cancelled it after 2 days without problems. Then booked for Cruise insurance.
