"Permanent UK resident" was ambiguous and I had to call your number to verify. I have a valid visa and am married to a UK citizen and will be eligible for ILR status in 2 years; I have GP registration and a mortgage here. So the wording should be more explicit to include someone with my status, as the phone representative said I will be covered. Everything else was quick, easy, and clear. I appreciated that you expect American Express payments too.
